The Ticketing/Sales intern will assist in fulfilling ticket orders, assisting with walk-in customers, helping with office mailings, filing, making sales calls to local businesses and groups, and other box office duties. The intern will be fully trained on our ticketing system. The intern will work in the ticket booth/box office during each of the home games then assist the operations team after ticket sales close.
Applicants should have above average computer skills and possess the ability to learn new computer programs quickly. Prior customer service and cash handling experience is strongly preferred. Applicants should have prior sales and customer service experience, or be interested in learning sales techniques. Because the sports industry is heavily focused on ticket sales, this is a great internship for someone who wishes to jump-start their career.
