Michael Hughes - Head Scout
Michael hails from Omaha, NE and has been involved in the sport for over 35 years as a player, referee, coach and administrator. He brings a solid background in coaching having coached at all levels holding certification at the USA Hockey level 4 currently.
In his spare time Michael loves to work on graphic designs for web graphics, t-shirts and logos. He also enjoys doing local hockey write ups to support his high school hockey team that he looks after. He also performs color commentating for the Omaha Junior Lancers High School Hockey games and also is host of the weekly Red Line Show.
Michael will be working hard to bring quality players to our organization and will head up our group of scouts across the USA and Canada.

Dale Sumner - California & North Dakota Scout
Currently Dale is the Director of Hockey Operations and Player Development for the Fernando Soltero Hockey Academy In Upland California
Dale works as a Goaltender Consultant/Instructor focusing on Tracking, Sports Vision Training, Slide Mechanics and Movements working under the tutelage of Reto Schurch the Director of the Swiss National Goaltending program Reto was trained by the Great Francois Allaire
Dale also assists in Player Development for the California Wave Ontario Rink Youth Hockey Organization
HIs past associations include recommendations to the ECHL for players and Goaltenders where I provided several Emergency Back Up Goaltending (EBUG), assisting in the development of camps for Junior programs and Pro Prospect Goaltending Camps as well as Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Dale also works with Family Advisors and can help you with your transition into navigating thru the process of playing Junior Hockey

Glenn Hobson - Manitoba Scout
Glenn is from Winnipeg Manitoba and is a coach/manager of the Kelvin High School hockey team. He is a retired member of the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic service where he coached the Winnipeg Western Canadian Firefighters championship team.
Glenn will work hard to bring quality players to our team from the Winnipeg Manitoba region.
